I'm one that doesn't like the taste of tea, but this has a wonderful light flavor of the herbs and florals together. I've already noticed my hot flashes at night have decreased and I can't wait to see how else this will help me!
My only con is the shipping did take a bit over 2weeks, but I'll take it if it keeps these old lady hot flashes away!

Very good, I would say you don't even need to add any sweetner to it. Only issue is cost but I'm willing to pay for quality.
Going Through hormone changes and this made the cramps and side effects less harsh! Pleasant taste add honey for flavor if you need it!
