in order to review a product you need to receive it first. These ppl cant even use/pay for a pic proof delivery. I bought $209 worth of herbs from these ppl and they could care less about whether or not I received it. They wont even respond to emails anymore. Why should they? They got paid
Hi Tina,
We hate you’re still having trouble locating your package, but we do want to clarify a few things for anyone reading this review.
We have responded to your emails on multiple occasions, reviewed your tracking information, and provided you with direct links and instructions for opening a USPS delivery investigation, filing a formal complaint against your local post office, and reporting suspected employee misconduct.
Your package was shipped, and USPS officially marked it as delivered. Unfortunately, once a package is in USPS possession, we have no control over its handling, delivery procedures, or individual postal employees. We also cannot force your local post office to investigate or take action.
You previously explained to us that you and several of your neighbors have experienced ongoing delivery problems with this particular post office, despite repeatedly bringing those issues to their attention. We understand how frustrating that must be, which is precisely why we encouraged you and your neighbors to document these problems through the appropriate USPS complaint channels.
Regarding photographic proof of delivery, USPS does not offer that as a standard delivery service that we can simply purchase for your shipment.
We are a small business, and we take our customers, their orders, and their concerns seriously. To suggest that we haven’t responded or that we simply took your $209 and stopped caring is not an accurate representation of the communication and assistance we’ve provided.
We genuinely hope your package is located and that the ongoing delivery problems in your community are resolved. However, we cannot be held responsible for the operations or conduct of your local postal service.
